No senior placement, personal care, medication support, or clinical services are currently offered through this site.

• Mountain View Care Home LLC owns the Rocklin home.

• Mission Ready Contracting, LLC coordinates current rental operations, inquiry routing, documentation, and contract-facing work.

• AMG Homes manages Airbnb calendars, reservations, guest communication, access, turnovers, and on-site hospitality.

• Revival Senior Living, LLC provides non-care hospitality resets, room readiness, linen and supply staging, stocking and inventory, recordkeeping and document control, scheduling and vendor coordination, and separately scoped project duties.

• Aspera Care, LLC is a separate future program-administration and professional-resource partner only if a qualifying contract activates.

• Airbnb remains the reservation and payment system of record when its listings are used.
